Live commerce for Instagram shops
Every EU QUERO 101 on your posts and reels, answered from one panel.
ShowDeLive is a live-selling platform for shops that sell on Instagram. In Brazilian live streams, customers buy by commenting "EU QUERO" ("I want it") plus the item code.

101 How it works
How live selling will work in ShowDeLive.
This flow is in development. What is already live is listed in the next section.
The customer comments EU QUERO and the item code during the shop's Instagram live stream.
First comment wins the item. If it is sold out, the next people join a waiting list in comment order.
At her first EU QUERO, the shopping bag link arrives in Direct. The bag keeps adding everything she asks for during the live stream.
She pays once, by Pix or card, whenever she wants, during or after the live stream, before the deadline. The bag shows as paid in the panel.
The shop's team answers comments and Direct in one panel.

- Instagram connection through the official Meta login.The shop authorizes on Meta's own screen. We never receive the Instagram password.
- Comments on the shop's posts and reels, brought into the panel with one click (Buscar agora).
- Public reply on the comment, written in the panel.
- Private reply in Direct to the person who commented.Only within 7 days of the comment, as Instagram allows.
- The shop's Direct inbox, so the team can answer together.

How ShowDeLive uses Instagram data.

- Where
- Stored in Brazil: database in São Paulo (Supabase) and application server in Brazil (Hostinger).
- Token
- The Instagram access token is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
- Retention
- Comments and messages that do not become an order are deleted within 90 days. Order data is kept for 5 years, as Brazilian law requires.
- No ads
- We never sell data and never use comments or messages for advertising.
- Deletion
- Remove ShowDeLive in Instagram (Settings > Apps and websites), or ask on WhatsApp or by e‑mail. We answer within 15 days.
- Purpose
- We process each shop's customer data only to provide the service to that shop.

ShowDeLive is developed and operated by BENQUISTA JOIAS LTDA, Itajaí, Brazil. Today Benquista Joias is the only shop using it, and we are opening it to our first partner shops.
